Latest Income & Expenditure and Balance Sheet
The following Income Statement provides details of costs incurred for the past few years and anticipated costs over the next few year. The Balancing Statement shows how much is owed by and to the company.
Annual Accounts
The annual accounts were filed at Companies House in statutory format for each calendar year to 2024. It was not a statutory requirement that detailed costs are shown within the accounts although the directors have voluntarily shown the information for the benefit of leaseholders.
From 2025 onwards, the statutory accounts will be filed as dormant accounts at Companies House. Service charge monies will continue to be accounted for separately, and service charge accounts will be prepared and published on this website for the information of leaseholders.
